How I cured my POIS (Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome)

DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A DOCTOR, JUST A LONG-TIME SUFFERER.

I have no POIS symptoms any more and here are the main things that helped me:

- Wim Hof deep breathing and cold shower in the morning.
- Wim Hof deep breathing throughout the day whenever I am stressed (mentally and/or physically: after meetings, exercise, orgasm, stressful events, etc.)
- Sipping water ALL DAY (especially before and after an orgasm). But I always need to make sure not to drink too much water at once since that makes my stomach too alkaline so it cannot digest food. I can sip water or tea while eating food but I cannot drink too much during or before the meal.
- Avoiding foods that cause me digestion issues: gluten, certain nuts, milk and cheese, bad oils (canola, grapeseed, vegatable, etc.)
- Movement and exercise but not overdoing it and never forget deep breathing and water before and after.
- Food: I eat mainly meats/fish and veggies (I avoid complex carbs such as gluten free bread, potatoes, corn, rice, etc.). I eat fruits only as the first meal of the day to avoid fermenting.
- Sugar: contrary to the popular and doctor's beliefs, simple sugars work great for me so I eat 2-3 organic milk chocolates every day and feel great. It helps my digestion.
- Caffeine: Mexican Coke and green tea work wonders for me and I drink them after meals.
